Order Processing
We carefully hand-pack each order and do our best to ship within 2–3 business days. In the warmer months or when shipping to hotter climates, we ship Monday through Wednesday to help prevent your items from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Once your order is in their hands, we’re unable to control delays or delivery issues, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, we’re currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. But your happiness matters to us, so if something doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it better.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio, but if something isn’t right, we want to know! Please check your items upon arrival and contact us within 7 days at mountainmovercandleco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll take care of it, promise.

Yes, we offer wholesale, bulk, and custom order options! Whether you are a retailer looking to carry our candles and soaps, planning gifts for a wedding, birthday or other special event, or dreaming up a custom scent or design, we would love to work with you.
